(CSP)

The effective sustainable development of any Airport requires the engagement and collaboration of ALL stakeholders in a Collaborative Sustainability Partnership (CSP). CSP is a facilitative platform guiding participants on managing sustainability challenges with cooperation.

Using case studies, participants will learn how interdependencies and trade-offs shape decisions, enhancing internal sustainability efforts before engaging external stakeholders.

The course also covers communication strategies with regulators, local authorities, communities, and businesses to support voluntary initiatives and compliance.
